Andrea Bloome   |   Senior Client Relationship Manager

Andrea Bloome joins Reflexions Data with over a decade of experience in Web application development. She has worked with companies such as Sports Illustrated, Getty Images and Bank of America. Most recently she was CEO of DTG Media where she designed and developed complex database-driven Web applications and delved into rich media streaming. In addition, Andrea serves on several boards including the Alliance of Hudson Valley Women Business Owners and is an Adjunct Professor at Westchester Community College. She holds a BS in Computer Programming.

Jamey Noel Carney   |   Sales/Support Associate

Jamey comes to Reflexions Data from SoftWave Media Exchange (SWMX), where she assisted clients in customer support and media sales. She has experience with QA and reliability testing of online applications. Jamey also has a passion for dance, having been a part of a dance company for several years and working in ballet, jazz and ballroom. So when Jamey's not on the dance floor, she's helping us better serve our clients by assisting with our sales and support process.

Kenneth Dombrowski   |   Senior Developer

Kenneth has 10 years of experience developing data-driven web applications. His primary interests are software architecture, language design, and open source frameworks and is involved in several open source and free software projects. Kenneth is also interested in avant-garde and improvised music, and occasionally tries to play various instruments.

Joe Egan   |   Designer

Joe's core areas of interest include Flash development and user interface design for the web. Joe is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany where he earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Fine Arts.

Aaron Foster   |   Developer

Aaron has worked for over nine years developing applications and managing IT projects using a wide variety of languages, technologies and platforms. His areas of interest include evolutionary programming and process automation.

Erin Guthan   |   Designer

Erin has a unique and extensive background in designing for both traditional and new media. Her areas of expertise include interface design and interactive multimedia. Erin is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York City where she earned a B.F.A.

Daniel Leslie   |   Partner / Director of Business Development

Daniel's areas of expertise include application development, systems architecture, and helping clients leverage open source technologies to solve business problems. He graduated with honors from Vassar College with a BA in philosophy and computer science.

Matthew Schwartz   |   Senior Developer

Matthew has more than 10 years of experience in enterprise-level application and web development. Prior to joining Reflexions Data he was a developer and project manager for MasterCard International and Sanford C. Bernstein, Inc. / Alliance Capital Management. He also contributes to open source projects. Matt holds a BA in computer science from Pace University where he graduated at the top of his class.

Alex Smith   |   Partner / Director of Operations

Aside from being our resident juggling and unicycling expert, Alex is an all-around application development guru. He has experience with C++/Java development, web development, artificial intelligence and Unix/Linux administration. Alex holds a BA from Vassar College in the field of computer science.

Jon Tascher   |   Developer

Jon has extensive experience in leveraging the power of the internet as a marketing tool. Before joining Reflexions Data he was Director of Online Marketing for The Learning Annex, and subsequently founded a consulting firm which developed online marketing strategies for several mid-sized companies. As both a developer and a marketer, he is able to help guide the design process towards the advertising necessities of any business as well as the technology that can turn any website into a profit center. Jon holds a BA in Cognitive Science from Vassar College.

Alan Wagner   |   Developer / Project Manager

Alan served as development consultant for desktop and wireless web applications for Prudential Financial and many other firms in technology, entertainment, finance and real-estate after leaving Goldman Sachs technology division in 1998. He holds a BS in Computing and Management, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors from the City University of New York at Lehman College as a member of the Lehman Scholars Program.

Jeffrey Yustman   |   Developer

Jeffrey has over five years experience leading development on various web applications. His areas of interest include software security and real-time rendering technologies. He is completing a BA in Computer Science from Manhattanville College.
